These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Henry Lister, operated by Calebun LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Henry Lister provides software tools intended to help sellers prepare, manage, and publish marketplace listing data.

Accounts

You are responsible for account activity, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring the information you provide is accurate.

Billing

Paid plans, renewals, and one-time credit packs are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Marketplace connections

You are responsible for maintaining permission to connect and use your marketplace accounts through Henry Lister.

Your listings, product images, and Oscar

In simple terms: when you use Henry Lister, the product information and product images you submit may help build Oscar, our shared product catalog. This allows Henry to recognize products, improve future listings, and provide better results to you and other sellers. You still own your content.

Listing content may include product titles, descriptions, categories, item specifics, brand, UPC or other product identifiers, condition, pricing information, and product images that you upload or authorize us to access through a connected marketplace.

You grant Calebun LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, adapt, and use this listing content and product imagery to operate and improve Henry Lister and to build, maintain, and improve Oscar and related product-recognition, catalog, and listing systems. This license allows us to use service providers that help operate those systems and to make Oscar's product knowledge available through our services to other users.

You keep ownership of your content. This permission continues for product information and images already incorporated into Oscar, de-identified or aggregated catalog records, system improvements, and reasonable backups, even if you close your account. Oscar is intended to contain product knowledge, not your payment information, private marketplace credentials, or personal account contact details.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or provide the content and to grant this permission. Do not submit confidential information, personal documents, or images you are not authorized to use. You may contact support@kamcart.com to request removal of specific content; requests are subject to applicable law, the rights of others, and reasonable technical and backup limitations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, fraud, or content you do not have the right to use.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time. We try to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henry Lister is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
