1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Kamcart Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and eBay marketplace policy guidelines.

2. Mobile Photo Capture & UPC Processing

The App enables mobile photo cleanup, UPC barcode lookups, and direct marketplace draft preparation. You retain ownership of all product images uploaded through Kamcart Studio.

3. Account Security & eBay Connection

When connecting your eBay seller account, secure OAuth tokens are issued directly by eBay. Kamcart Studio never stores your raw eBay password.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your workspace data, scanned barcodes, and draft listing history are stored securely for your tenant account. We do not sell or monetize personal user data to third parties.

5. Plan Limits & Service Usage

Usage of photo cleanup credits and barcode resolution services is governed by your active subscription plan level. Free trial terms provide unlimited UPC resolution and trial photo credits.
